Our projects typically start at $2,999 for foundational business platforms, $5,499 for growth-focused systems, and scale upwards for custom enterprise solutions. Every quote is custom-tailored based on your specific requirements, desired functionality, and project scope.
What is your standard payment structure?
For standard projects, we operate on a 40% upfront deposit to commence work, followed by 30% midway through development, and the final 30% upon project completion and your final approval before launch.
Are there any hidden fees or ongoing mandatory costs?
Absolutely not. The price we quote is the price you pay for development. You will be responsible for standard third-party costs such as your domain name renewal and Vercel hosting (which often falls under their generous free tier for most clients).
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
While our standard structure is 40/30/30, we are open to negotiating milestone-based payment plans for large-scale Enterprise projects that span several months of development time.
Do you charge by the hour or by the project?
We charge exclusively by the project. We believe in value-based pricing. When you hire us, you are paying for the final outcome, performance, and revenue impact of the platform, not for the hours we spend typing code.
What happens if the scope of the project changes?
We define a rigorous Scope of Work (SOW) during the discovery phase. If you request additional features outside of this scope during development, we will provide a transparently priced Change Order for your approval before proceeding.
Do I have to pay for plugins, themes, or software licenses?
Because we custom-code our platforms using Next.js and React, there are no recurring theme or plugin licenses to pay for, which is a massive financial benefit over platforms like WordPress.
Is web hosting included in the pricing?
Deployment and initial configuration on a platform like Vercel or AWS are included. We will set up the hosting environment under your own account so you have full ownership, and you will pay the hosting provider directly (though Vercel's free tier is usually sufficient).
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Because our work involves dedicated time and custom engineering from day one, deposits are non-refundable. We mitigate risk by maintaining constant communication and requiring your approval at multiple milestones throughout the process.
Can I upgrade my plan later if my business grows?
Yes, our platforms are inherently scalable. If you start with a Growth plan and later need full-stack backend features or complex API integrations, we can seamlessly upgrade your architecture through a new project scope.
